Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas welcomed three new associates: Joseph J. Isola Jr., David J. Muhn and Kevin F. Smedley.

Isola joined the transactional group and the health care law group, where he handles business transactions, and the defense of medical malpractice claims. While attending Rutgers Law School, where he received his J.D. in 2020, Isola served as executive editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was a member of the Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic. products liability. He previously clerked for Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Gregory L. Acquaviva. He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2020 and Rutgers University in 2011. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Smedley is an associate in the firm's construction law department, where he represents architects, engineers, construction contractors, and private owners in connection with various claims. He earned his J.D. and a corporate law and business law certificate from Rutgers Law in 2020. While in law school, he served as managing editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and as treasurer of the Rutgers Society for Corporate Law and Governance. He also interned for Judge Yolanda Ciccone, prior to her become Middlesex County prosecutor. Smedley received his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey in 2014. He is admitted in New Jersey.

While attending George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., Moorman practiced as a student attorney in the school's Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic. Moorman also completed the GW-Oxford International Human Rights Summer School certificate program in England. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University.
