DellaPelle Joins Counselors of Real Estate Leadership

Anthony DellaPelle Elected Second Vice Chair of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) Anthony F. DellaPelle

McKirdy, Riskin, Olson, and DellaPelle in Morris Plains announced that Anthony F. DellaPelle was elected second vice chair of the Counselors of Real Estate, which is made up of real estate, financial, legal, and business advisory firms. DellaPelle said in a statement that he "look[s] forward to helping our organization and its members in their efforts to shape the real estate industry moving forward." In his practice, he handles eminent domain, condemnation, redevelopment law, and real estate tax appeals. DellaPelle is also a certified civil trial attorney and, according to the firm, is the only New Jersey attorney selected to the Owners Counsel of America, a nationwide association of leading eminent domain lawyers. As second vice chair, DellaPelle will follow a path that includes future one-year stints as first chair and, in 2023-2024, as global chair of the CRE.
