Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath was a sponsor of BioNJ's seventh annual "Inspiring Women in STEM Conference," which took place virtually on Dec. 3. The event brought together the life sciences community to share insights, tools and resources to support women involved in science, technology, engineering and math. Faegre Drinker labor and employment partner Lynne Anderson moderated a conference program, "Journey to the C-Suite." The fireside chat session featured Toni Pergolin, president and CEO at Bancroft. Their conversation explored Pergolin's journey to becoming an accomplished strategist and business leader, along with her takeaways as a woman at the top of her field. Anderson, a partner in Faegre Drinker's Florham Park office, counsels employers on labor and employment laws and represents them in litigation. She is also co-chair of the Human Resources Committee and Inspiring Women in STEM Committee for BioNJ, an industry association promoting the scientific community.
