Blank Rome partner Nicholas C. Harbist has entered an appearance for Allen Giltman in a pending securities lawsuit. The complaint, filed Jan. 5 in New Jersey District Court by The U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, accuses Giltman of defrauding investors of more than $40 million by luring investors to websites and offering fake certificates of deposit. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez, is 2:22-cv-00051, U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission v. Giltman.
