United Airlines and other defendants were slapped with an employment discrimination suit Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Fritz, Grosswald & Walters on behalf of Jonathan Ray, accuses United Airlines of disability-based discrimination and failing to accommodate a flight attendant who became sick with COVID-19. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00720, Ray v. United Airlines, Inc. et al.
