Lawyers at Reilly McDevitt & Henrich on Friday removed a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Caesars Entertainment, the hotel and casino operator, and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith on behalf of Linda Romano. The case is 1:22-cv-00769, Romano v. Harrah's Atlantic City Operating Company, LLC.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
