A Newark, New Jersey, federal judge has reopened a sexual harassment suit against Fox Rothschild by a former administrative assistant at the firm who claimed attorney Ian Siminoff attempted to rape her.

The ruling restores the case to the active docket, and allows Stephanie Jones to plead additional facts to amplify her Title VII claim against Fox Rothschild after most claims in the case were dismissed as time-barred in 2020.
