Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom on Friday removed a consumer class action against JPMorgan Chase, United Airlines Holdings and United Airlines to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Simoni Consumers Class Action Law Offices on behalf of consumers who contend that the defendants' credit card 'memberships' are falsely advertised as including $125 credits that are reimbursed to card holders without additional interest or fees. The case is 2:22-cv-00890, Sacchi v. JPMorgan Chase & Co. et al.
