Blank Rome Promotes Counsel to Partner in Princeton Timothy A. French

Blank Rome announced that Princeton-based counsel Timothy A. French was elected partner as of Jan. 1. French is a member of the firm's corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities departments, handling cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and carveouts; private equity platform and add-on transactions; majority and minority equity investments for mezzanine funds; capital raising; startup, early stage, and closely held company matters; corporate governance; and general business matters. French is a CPA who previously was a senior tax consultant for Deloitte & Touche. He was honored for earning the highest overall score in New Jersey on the November 1999 Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination, Blank Rome noted. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and his B.S. from Rutgers University.

Cara Solina Joins Wong Fleming

Cara Solina [Photo Credit: PeterHsu, Fotolux.] Wong Fleming brought on  Cara Solina as an associate in the firm's Princeton headquarters. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Solina previously worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), providing advice on FINRA guidelines and regulations in securities arbitration proceedings, drafting final arbitration awards, and ensuring the compliance of arbitration party submissions. She also worked as a judicial clerk in Camden County Superior Court. At Wong Fleming, Solina will concentrate on creditors' rights and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Solina earned her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law in New York.
