An attorney operating a law firm in Somerset County was arrested Wednesday for allegedly making false statements in visa applications, according to a complaint filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey.
Steven G. Thomas, 52, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, was charged by complaint with preparing and filing false visa applications on behalf of clients. Thomas previously operated a law firm based in Montgomery Township, Thomas and Thomas LLC.
