Attorneys at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on Wednesday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Envirogen Technologies Inc. to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, over alleged violations of the Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act, was filed by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of Andrew Paul Scott, who alleges he was wrongfully terminated after testing positive for cannabis. The case is 3:22-cv-01464, Scott v. Envirogen Technologies, Inc.
