Attorneys at K&L Gates on Thursday removed an employment discrimination class action against Reckitt Benckiser LLC to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin. The case is 2:22-cv-01493, Lippi v. Reckitt Benckiser LLC.
