Bravado International Group Merchandising Services filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court seeking to block 'bootleggers' from selling counterfeit tour merchandise outside of a Justin Bieber concert scheduled to take place March 31st at Newark's Prudential Center. The complaint, brought by Stevens & Lee and Mims, Kaplan, Burns & Garretson, anticipates that apparel, posters and other merchandise that infringes on Bieber's name, as well as marks associated with his 'Drew House' clothing line, will be sold at the venue to concert attendees. The case is 2:22-cv-01632, Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, Inc. v. Does 1-100 et al.
