UPS was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Markowitz & Richman on behalf of the trustees of the Philadelphia teamsters' pension fund and welfare fund. The lawsuit accuses UPS of failing to pay over $290,000 in contributions into the funds. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01641, Trustees Of The Teamsters Pension Trust Fund Of Philadelphia & Vicinity et al v. United Parcel Service Inc.
