A securities fraud case against the former CEO of a Jersey City company, who allegedly charged $100,000 worth of resort vacations, designer clothes and other personal items to his company as  business expenses, has been dismissed for lack of specificity.

Gerard F. Hug, who was the CEO of SITO Mobile Ltd. from November 2013 to March 2017, was also accused of using his company card to pay for sports tickets, $7,000 in expenses for his 50th birthday party and $4,000 for a party celebrating his daughter’s 16th birthday.
