Norris McLaughlin & Marcus filed a lawsuit Monday in New Jersey District Court seeking permanent U.S. residence status on behalf of seven priests of the Paterson Roman Catholic Diocese. The complaint challenges the federal government's refusal to approve the applications for the priests, who are nationals of Poland, Hungary and Colombia. The case is 2:22-cv-01714, Roman Catholic Diocese Of Paterson et al v. U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services et al.
