Attorneys at Winne, Banta, Basralian & Kahn on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against United Airlines Holdings, a publicly traded airline holding company and parent company to United Airlines, to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Laufer, Dalena, Jensen, Bradley & Doran on behalf of Luz Stella Arands. The case is 2:22-cv-01715, Arands v. United Airlines, Inc. et al.
