Florio Perrucci Adds Associates
Devine joined the litigation practice group in Phillipsburg. He previously clerked in the the Somerset-Hunterdon-Warren Superior Court vinage for Judge Haekyoung Suh, presiding judge of the family part. He is a graduate of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During law school, he worked at Philadelphia Legal Assistance as part of the Drexel University Civil Litigation Clinic and served as a staff editor of the Drexel Law Review. He earned a bachelor of music from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and his B.S. from Drexel University. He is admitted in New Jersey state and federal court.
Dickey is an associate in the firm's Cherry Hill office, concentrating on personal injury litigation and education law. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Camden County Assignment Judge Deborah Silverman Katz, working on prerogative writ, tort, contract, and OPRA cases, and assisting the assignment judge with the administration of the vicinage. Dickey graduated from Rutgers University Law School, where he served as a commentaries editor for the Rutgers Law Review. His state constitutional law comment regarding school financing was chosen for publication. He interned for U.S. District Judge Noel L. Hillman of the District of New Jersey and externed for Burlington County Superior Court Judge Paula T. Dow, presiding General Equity judge. Dickey received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina. He is licensed in New Jersey.
