Attorneys at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Transamerica, a life insurance and financial services company, to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, filed by The Law Office of Richard M. King Jr. on behalf of Mya Rihl, contends that Transamerica rescinded a life insurance policy on the basis of insuree's answer to an 'actively at work' question that defendant failed to define. The case is 1:22-cv-01756, Rihl v. Transamerica Life Insurance Company.
