Moses & Singer and Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of HydraFacial arising from its 'Edge' and 'Elite' skin rejuvenation products. The suit targets Cartessa Aesthetics over its symposium scheduled for this Saturday, promoted as 'The Elite Edge,' contending that Cartessa intends to imply a false affiliation with HyrdaFacial. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01742, HydraFacial LLC v. Cartessa Aesthetics, LLC.
