Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Brink's and HR manager Lisa Johnson to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, over alleged disability-based employment discrimination, was filed by attorney Marc W. Garbar on behalf of Tommie McCoy. The case is 2:22-cv-01793, Mccoy v. Brink's U.S. et al.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
