The New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program (NJLAP) is a free and confidential resource assisting all New Jersey lawyers, judges, law students, and law graduates to achieve and maintain personal and professional well-being. 

NJLAP assists with a variety of concerns, from basic mental health, alcohol and substance use-related supports and resources, to exploring personal and professional well-being from proactive, skills-building perspectives.
