Counsel at Winston & Strawn on Friday removed a lawsuit against Bank of America to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, over alleged violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, was filed by Desh Law on behalf of Giovanna Paradiso, Janice Paradiso and other plaintiffs. The case is 2:22-cv-02042, Paradiso et al v. Bank Of America, N.A.
