Lowenstein Sandler filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Thursday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Steeplechase Arts & Productions. The suit takes aim at Wisdom Paths d/b/a Spiralverse and Todd Spotz for allegedly selling unauthorized copies of Steeplechase musical instruction guides online. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-02031, Steeplechase Arts & Productions, L.L.C. v. Wisdom Paths, Inc. et al.
