Giampiccolo has a litigation and transactional practice at Stevens & Lee in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, representing  automotive industry clients, banks and other financial institutions and others. He was one of four former McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter lawyers to establish a Bergen County outpost for the Reading, Pennsylvania-based Stevens & Lee in 2020.
