A former municipal judge should be permanently banned from judicial service after giving “duplicitous” answers and “false testimony” about groping a woman in his law office, New Jersey’s Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct said.

A presentment from the ACJC recommends that former North Bergen Municipal Judge Nino Falcone be censured and permanently disqualified from judicial office after he allegedly squeezed a woman’s breasts, struggled with her and offered her money in August 2019.
