Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel announced that Michael P. McCaffrey was promoted to the partner. McCaffrey represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation. He received his law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden and dual B.A. degrees from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Upon law school graduation, he clerked for Gloucester County Superior Court Judge Anne McDonnell. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
