T-Mobile, the mobile service provider, was slapped with a lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit, filed by attorneys Carmen M. Finegan and Mark S. Halpern on behalf of Magic Reimbursements LLC, seeks a declaration that T-Mobile is obligated to pay property taxes attributable to T-Mobile cell towers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-02121, Magic Reimbursements LLC v. T-Mobile USA, Inc.
