With retail sales of recreational cannabis poised to begin Thursday in New Jersey, employment lawyers are bracing for a new crop of legal disputes to emerge from the workplace.
Employers have lots of questions about how to navigate this new era, and there are still a number of gray areas around the legalization and retail sale of cannabis, attorneys said.
