A Superior Court judge who faces discipline over statements he made during an assignment to the family division has said in an answer that he regrets his comments, and that he failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary.
Michael Kassel, who was named in a complaint by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on April 19, has admitted to most of the allegations against him.
