Hunton Andrews Kurth partner Armin Ghiam has entered an appearance for Abacus Pharma International and other defendants in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed April 14 in New Jersey District Court by Lowenstein Sandler on behalf of Access Bio Inc., accuses the defendants of selling counterfeit COVID-19 tests which infringe on Access Bio's 'CareStart' brand.
