The Supreme Court has issued a censure to a municipal court judge who presided over cases while ineligible to practice law.
Cecelia Sardina Guzman was a part-time municipal judge in Paterson and Dover for 13 months while ineligible to practice law for failing to register her attorney trust account with the IOLTA fund, according to her stipulation of discipline by consent.
