What a magnificent country we have. Please take some time on May 30th to remember the men and women who made our freedoms possible. Battlefields and veterans’ cemeteries are an appropriate place to remember with fellow patriots. Your town probably remembers our war dead and parades, too, are a terrific way to celebrate all the sacrifice.

As Franklin Delano Roosevelt stated: “Those who have long enjoyed such privileges as we enjoy, forget in time, that men have died to win them.”
