Blake T. Denton of Latham & Watkins has entered an appearance for commercial electric vehicle manufacturer Electric Last Mile Solutions Inc. in a pending shareholder lawsuit. The complaint contends that Electric Last Mile, which began publicly trading in June 2021 as a result of a de-SPAC merger, failed to disclose that certain Electric Last Mile executives had directly or indirectly purchased equity in the company at substantial discounts. The case, filed by Vik Pawar Law PLLC and The Brown Law Firm, is assigned to U.S. District Judge Claire C. Cecchi, is 2:22-cv-02052, Meier v. Taylor et al.
