The New Jersey Supreme Court has approved reciprocal discipline for an attorney who, according to a Maryland judge, ”sullied the reputation of the legal profession.”

Jason Edward Rheinstein, who was admitted to the bar in seven states, earned his New Jersey bar admission in 2004, but was deemed ineligible to practice law in the state beginning in 2016 for failing to complete continuing education requirements. Formal disciplinary charges were filed against Rheinstein in 2016 by the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland.
