A woman who suffered spinal injuries when her car was broadsided by a landscaping truck agreed to a $1.175 million settlement in her Camden County suit, Boccella v. Serafine, on May 20.

Margaret Boccella was driving on Route 73 at Franklin Avenue in Berlin on Feb. 20, 2020, when a landscaping truck driven by Brian Serafine pulled out from a side street, disregarding a red light and striking her car broadside. A security camera on a nearby business captured the crash, said Boccella’s lawyer, John Borbi of Borbi, Clancy and Patrizi in Marlton.
