Ruling in a dispute between shareholders of a closely held corporation, a New Jersey judge disqualified Pashman Stein Walder Hayden from simultaneously representing the individual defendants and the corporation itself.

Middlesex County Superior Court Judge Alberto Rivas ruled that Pashman Stein could not concurrently represent AM Logic, an Edison, New Jersey-based information technology staffing firm, and defendants Vishnu and Madhavi Uppalapati in a suit filed by Sriram Tallapragada.
