The New Jersey Appellate Division reversed an order compelling arbitration of a wrongful termination lawsuit brought by an employee who claimed he never signed an agreement to arbitrate.

According to the July 18  opinion, Ravin Bhoj, a former employee of OTG Management LLC, was employed as a human resources director at Newark Liberty International Airport. Bhoj filed a complaint alleging that he was wrongfully terminated in violation of the Conscientious Employee Protection Act after he confronted Peg Oerter, the regional director of human resources, over OTG’s unlawful payroll practices.
