The Law Journal is pleased to announce an upcoming special section devoted to our Women Lawyers of the Year honors.

Our staff is seeking nominations, from anywhere in New Jersey, of female attorneys making an impact at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency or public interest organization.

We are looking for women of diverse backgrounds—in terms of ethnicity, race and gender identity, as well as in terms of practice area. We are also looking to recognize impact on the profession in all its forms—the nominee might have taken up or resolved a significant case or transaction, led a department through a difficult stretch, or helped change policy. The nominee might have championed the cause of women in the profession herself, though that is not specifically required for consideration.
