A federal judge in New Jersey dismissed Walmart’s motion for summary judgment in a slip-and-fall case, finding that sufficient evidence exists that the store had constructive notice of a spill that led to plaintiff Rosa Cuzco’s injuries.

Video surveillance captured Cuzco’s accident during a September 2016 visit to a Walmart store in Watchung. According to the opinion, the video captured a two-minute span beginning with two customers standing at an end cap and ending with Cuzco’s fall.
