"There are just so few women in the role," Manning said of women in the role of managing partner. "I go to a lot of groups for managing partners and the percentage is very small of females in the role. It is very important to talk about it so that if you have this conversation with me in five years there has been real change.

Diana Manning Well-known litigator Diana Manning and finalist for the New Jersey Law Journal's Attorney of the Year broke the "notoriously thick" glass ceiling in 2021 when she was elected by Bressler, Amery & Ross' equity partners to become the firm's first female managing partner.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
