Todd W. Terhune joined Day Pitney as a partner and vice chair of the firm's environmental practice in the firm's Parsippany office. He was previously a partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck. "He will further strengthen our environmental capabilities up and down the East Coast and beyond,"  Elizabeth C. Barton, partner and chair of Day Pitney's environmental practice, said in a statement. Terhune handles ISRA compliance, water and wetlands, worker health and safety, environmental insurance, site remediation, environmental permitting, environmental cost recovery, environmental regulatory compliance issues. He assists clients in transactional, regulatory and enforcement matters, regularly appearing before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to becoming an attorney, Terhune was an environmental engineering consultant and licensed professional engineer. Terhune received his B.S. from Widener University and his J.D. from Widener University Law School  in Wilmington, DE. He clerked for the U.S. EPA Office of the Regional Counsel in Philadelphia during law school and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. "I am excited to join Day Pitney's deep bench of real estate, land use, and environmental attorneys, expand the depth and geographic reach of the services that I can offer clients, and work with attorneys across Day Pitney's offices and practices to assist clients with environmental matters," Terhune said in a statement.

New Office Leader for Troutman

Troutman Pepper Names Delia Donahue Office Managing Partner in Princeton, New Jersey Delia C. Donohue, new managing partner of Troutman Pepper's Princeton office.

Troutman Pepper announced that Delia Donahue, a partner in the finance and restructuring practice group, has become office managing partner in Princeton. The firm also announced new office managing partners for Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. "We are grateful for Delia's willingness to take on this important leadership role in addition to the demands of her busy practice," Tom Cole, Troutman Pepper's managing partner, said in a statement. "Delia will continue to build on her predecessor's efforts, focusing on strategic growth and actively representing our firm in the local community." Donahue said: "I look forward to continuing to support my clients while mentoring our associates and helping to grow the firm." In her practice, Donahue handles complex commercial lending transactions, restructurings and workouts. She represents borrowers and lenders in real estate acquisition and development loans, asset-based loans, construction loans, fund finance, affordable housing loans, and working capital lines of credit. Donahue also is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations, and serves on the Scientific Review Committee of Penn Medicine, Princeton Health, the firm noted.

Goldberg Segalla Adds Rivkin

Goldberg Segalla added Heidi V. Rivkin as a partner in the workers' compensation group in Newark. Rivkin was previously with Viscomi and Lyons in Morristown. She focuses her practice on counseling insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of complex claims and claims-handling strategies. She manages cases from initial intake to final disposition, drafting appropriate motions and pleadings, arguing motions before the court, and handling case and settlement conferences, the firm said. Rivkin also has experience in general litigation and family law. She earned her bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College and her J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
