A casino gaming operator is the latest target of litigation claiming the unlawful sharing of information about customers with Facebook.
A class action filed in federal court in New Jersey claims Caesars Entertainment Inc. violated federal law by sharing personally identifiable information about the plaintiff and other class members without their consent.
