Mercer County Courthouse Assignment Judge Robert Lougy has announced Richelle A. Coleman will become the new Mercer Vicinage trial court administrator.
Coleman's appointment by administrative director of the courts, Glenn A. Grant, was made on Lougy's recommendation.
