Apter and Fasciale Confirmed to NJ Supreme Court

A vote on the Senate floor Monday followed approval from the Senate Judiciary Committee last Thursday. Apter was confirmed with a vote of 23-14. Fasciale was confirmed unanimously in a 37-0 vote.
