Porsche and parent company Volkswagen were hit with a consumer class action on Monday in New Jersey District Court. The suit, brought by Squitieri & Fearon, contends that in certain vehicles, Porsche's internet and communications system 'Porsche Connect' is only compatible with 3G networks, making the features worthless once wireless carriers began to phase out 3G. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-06105, Grayson v. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG et al.
