Following the recent confirmation of two new Supreme Court justices, temporary assignments of appellate judges to the high court have been reorganized.

According to an order dated Oct. 21, Judge Clarkson S. Fisher Jr. will return to the Appellate Division, leaving Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino as the last temporarily assigned judge filling a vacancy on the state’s high court.
