An attorney's good reputation and character over his 30 years of practice resulted in the imposition of only an admonition for two violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct over his presumptive conflict of interest in a personal injury matter.
Attorney John J. Pisano of Cranford has stipulated to discipline by consent over his representation of Lisa Perez, a passenger in an automobile accident. According to a letter decision dated Jan. 24, 2022, by the Disciplinary Review Board of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Pisano represented both the passenger and the driver in the accident.
