Pashman Stein Adds Borenstein

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden announced that Alec R. Borenstein joined as counsel in the firm's trusts and estates, corporate and business law, and commercial real estate practices. Borenstein previously was a partner at Borenstein, McConnell & Calpin in Springfield. "We are thrilled to welcome Alec to our firm," firm chair and managing partner Michael S. Stein said in a statement. "With his strong presence and client base in New Jersey and New York, he provides even greater depth to our trusts & estates practice group and enhances our ability to provide outstanding law services throughout the region."  Naomi Becker Collier, co-chair of the trusts and estates, and elder law and special needs planning practices, added: "Alec's character, experience, and commitment to the practice and his clients are a great addition to our strategically and thoughtfully growing … group. Jumping right in with both feet, it is clear in only a few short days that he was the piece of the puzzle that we did not know was missing." Borenstein drafts wills and trusts, and advises business owners on business and succession planning. He is pursuing an LL.M. in taxation at Loyola Law School. Borenstein earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. from Columbia University. He is the first vice president of Congregation Shaare Tefillah.
