A woman who sustained head and spine injuries when her vehicle was rear-ended received a $760,000 settlement in her Bergen County suit, Flanders v. Trimble, on Oct. 7.
Mary Kathlynne Flanders, then 41, was driving on Kindermack Road in Oradell on April 29, 2017, and had stopped in traffic when her car was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Yasmin Trimble. The impact caused Flanders' car to hit the one in front of her, said her attorney, Kate Carballo of Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman in Montvale.
